Candlelight Yoga*
Step into the surrounding of a uniquely illuminated candlelit studio with soothing mellow music to guide you away from the stresses and tensions of the day. This class is open to all levels but still remains physically challenging and spiritually motivating. Through posture, breath and unique relaxing techniques you’ll end your practice with the melting (yoking) of mind and body, preparing you for a state of deep relaxation. Healing Breath Yoga
Healing breath yoga teaches us to guide our consciousness into various parts of our body in order to remove ama (energy blocks within physiology). By purifying out the mental and emotional blocks we are able to aid the connection to the Source, speed the process of growth towards enlightenment, enhance our ability to achieve Samadhi and cultivate a healthy physiology.
